In this class you will make the dumpling dough together and roll out the fine sheets that you will need.
I will show you a couple of different ways to shape your dumplings, looking at the different methods of cooking and serving them.
You will be making a pork version or tofu alternative, PLUS a seasonal vegetable version. The ingredients are very interchangeable and flexible for a whole banquet of dim sum.
The class is small, interactive and with plenty of opportunity for questions and guidance. It’s great fun and really not as hard as you might think; you just need to be shown how. I hope you can join us!
Afterwards we’ll dine together enjoying the culinary delights paired with a glass of wine.
What you need: Just bring yourself, and a food container to take home any of your goodies that you couldn't finish off on the night. Everything else is provided.
Come on your own or bring a friend. Everybody is welcome.
This is a small group - maximum 10 guests.
Please message me if you have any questions.

“Loved this class, great venue, amazing instructor and the dumplings we made were fantastic. This was a Xmas gift for my son and he really enjoyed it too!!”

“Jinny made the whole dumpling-making experience so easy and fun. She walked us through each step, helped us practise, and we got to eat everything we made!
It was a truly fun, hands-on experience that left us feeling proud, full, and eager to try it again at home. Highly recommend!”

“I have done both the dim sum class and the sushi. The classes are small so the teacher has lots of time for everyone. I came away confident about making both foods but most importantly it was great fun and great value for money. Jinny is a brilliant host and teacher.”
